Sterling Bay purchased this 12-story Gothic-style office building from a privately held entity controlled by Sam Zell. It has an ideal central business district location on the northwest corner of Franklin and Adams Streets across from Willis Tower. Sterling Bay performed a major renovation, including new windows, façade repairs, a lobby upgrade and reconstruction of common areas and bathrooms. The property was also awarded Landmark status in 2012. 300 West Adams was sold to Allied Partners HSP, LLC in 2012, and Sterling Bay currently acts as property manager.
