Google’s Midwest HQ

Work. Eat. Chill.

This former cold-storage warehouse, now known as 1KFulton, was transformed into a LEED-certified creative loft office and neighborhood retail building. 1KFulton is now home to Google Inc.’s Midwest headquarters, as well as SRAM, Sandbox Industries, The Mill and Boka Restaurant Group’s Swift & Sons restaurant. Located in Chicago’s historic Fulton Market neighborhood, the building offers tenants the opportunity to work and enjoy one of Chicago’s most popular areas. The original 10-story building is now annexed by a new six-story structure, creating flexible, efficient floor plates ranging from 37,000 to 72,000 square feet. 1KFulton offers stunning interior common areas and sweeping unobstructed views of the skyline. 1KFulton was sold in July 2016 and Sterling Bay maintained leasing and property management responsibilities until the development was again sold in 2021.
