Sterling Bay completed a full renovation including a new glass curtain-wall façade, new passenger elevators, major building-system updates and an indoor parking garage. The property sits on almost two acres in Chicago’s West Loop submarket within blocks of all major public transit. 400 South Jefferson was sold to Cole Real Estate Investments in 2013.
